Here at First Bible
Baptist we have Sunday School for children through adult.
Our Sunday School is dedicated to equipping and guiding today’s believer
with the tools needed to take a stand in today’s world.
Our instruction is based on God's written Word as recorded in the King James Bible (KJV).
Many of our women here
serve in our nursery providing our children birth –
three tender loving care while their parents learn of what God’s Word has for
them.
On the first Sunday of each month, we offer
Bible Study, activities and fellowship for our teens.
The purpose of the afterburner is to equip and encourage our teens as they
become adults serving the Lord.

year we are given the opportunity to join the youth groups of
neighboring like minded churches for a time of worship and fellowship.

WHAT IS RELEASE TIME?
RELEASE TIME - A program permitted by Pennsylvania law, Senate Bill #706 (Session of 1981), whereby children are released from school classes, during school hours, to attend religious instruction at First Bible Baptist Church.
The curriculum - The Bible, the oldest book in the world, that millions read everyday.
Classes - Not just "fun and games", but vital, spiritual, character building education in a happy, enjoyable setting. Lesson topics on character, truthfulness, friendships, relationships, respect, etc., will be a wonderful opportunity for young people to learn what the Bible has to say about these subjects, and more, as they pertain to us in everyday life.
Classes will be conducted at First Bible Baptist Church, 127 Seneca School Road, Harmony, Pa. (across from Seneca Valley High School.) Classes will be held the fourth Tuesday of each month for the school year 2008-2009.
Transportation will be provided by First Bible Baptist Church. Students will be released at 09:50 am, and will be returned by 10:50 am to resume the normal school day. Children will have to make up missed work, but will not be counted absent from class.

On a regular basis,
unmarried young men and women of our church meet for a time of fellowship and Bible Study.
It is a time of encouragement and learning from God's Word.
Once a month, the ladies of our church meet for a time of fellowship and Bible Study. It is a time for the ladies to encourage one another and learn from God's Word, and each other.

Every second and fifth Sunday, various members from First Bible Baptist Church minister to residents with preaching and music at Blair Nursing Home.
Every second and fourth Monday, we hold a Bible Study for residents at the Blair Nursing Home.
We go out soul winning in the community each week.
Our Van Ministry provides transportation for children to and from Sunday School & Church Services.
